The Aquatic Center closes on September 6, 2010, and will reopen on May 28, 2011.
Facilities
The Aquatic Center is an eight lane 25 meter facility with two deep water slides, a wading pool and a splash pad that is accessible from the pool deck and the park. Our facility is fully accessible and offers programming for all ages and abilities.
Swim Lessons at the Aquatic Center
We will be providing lessons to after school participants of Gaines Park Community Center, Coleman Park Community Center and Pleasant City Community Center as well as the Apostolic Head Start 4 year old program.
The after school lessons will begin on August 23 and end on September 30th. Times for the lessons are 3:30 - 5:00pm.
The head start lessons will be in the mornings from 10:00 - 11:00 am from September 13 - 23.
