Poinciana Park is located between Ortega Road and Hampton Road, on the West side of Parker Ave. Poinciana Park has approximately 320 homes. Some homes located in this area are historic, but this district has not filed as a historic designation.

Plans are under way for a community garden off Allendale Road, which will be a great asset to the community.
